In 2004, it was evident that Central Texas needed a premiere indoor and outdoor training facility for baseball and softball. In the fall of 2005, Triple Play Sportsplex opened the doors to its indoor facility, and practices and games began on the first of 4 fields in spring 2006. Beginning in spring 2012, Triple Play became the home field for Gateway College Preparatory School's Baseball and Softball Programs.
After ten years serving the Central Texas area, Triple Play has become a Georgetown destination. Whether hitting in the automated cages, getting personal instruction with one of our baseball professionals, cheering on a favorite team from the bleachers, or just tasting what's new at the concession stand, Central Texas baseball and softball families have found a community at Triple Play Sportsplex. |
